On February 19, 2010, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Minnesota Board of Marriage and
Family Therapy approved a Stipulation and Order on
Rebecca A. Parkhurst
of Deephaven, Minnesota, for violations
of statutes and rules enforced by the Board.
The order causes Ms. Parkhurst to surrender
her license to practice marriage and family therapy in Minnesota.
The stipulation is a public document and may be obtained from the Board
office.
Heather
A. Whatley
On August 18, 2006, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family
Therapy approved a Stipulation and Order on
Heather A. Whatley of St. Paul, Minnesota, for violations
of statutes and rules enforced by the Board.
The order causes Ms. Whatley to surrender her license to practice
marriage and family therapy in Minnesota.
The stipulation is a public document and may be obtained from the Board
office.
Gary Graham
On December 17, 2004, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the
Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy suspended the license of Gary
Graham of
St. Elmo, Illinois, for failure to comply
with a Stipulation and Order which he previously signed with the Board. The
suspension revokes Mr. Graham’s right to practice marriage and family therapy
in Minnesota.
Barbara L. Steiner
On April 16,
2004, at a regularly
scheduled meeting, the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy approved
a Stipulation and Order on Barbara L. Steiner, of Mora, Minnesota, for
violations of statutes and rules enforced by the Board. The order causes Ms. Steiner to surrender her
license to practice marriage and family therapy in Minnesota. It
also prevents practice as an unlicensed mental health practitioner. This Stipulation and Order is a public

Beth M. Erickson
